Steering Wheel Change

Hi everyone,
New to the forum and I was hoping someone may be able to advise on changing a steering wheel.

I have a 2019 California Ocean with the 'sports steering wheel' which has the paddle shifters and also ACC functions on the steering wheel. I want to understand if and how you can change the steering wheel to one from a 2019 VW Passat R Line. The R Line steering wheel has the same button layout with the exception of the R/H switch layout which have voice and phone compared to voice and view.

My considerations are:
Compatibility.
Connection.
Coding required.

My steering wheel is different to your setup as i dont have ACC. As far as i am aware , if the buttons match your wheel it can be just a straight swap but if not you may need to add or mod. some wires/wiring
