Stationary heating - Question

Hello,

I have asked to Volkswagen, but they are not sure.

If I am connected to 220v in a campingsite and I am using the the stationary heating system. Will the system consume petrol? or just electricty?

Do you have pictures of the system to help identify it?

Also what type of van do you have? From previous questions about the SOS module I assume it's a 6.1 but which model?

sorry to not be very clear.

I have the t6.1 california beach and the heating system is the one which it comes with the camper. (I dont have a picture right now, but if I will take a picture)

As far as I know all the OE heaters are either using the heat from the engine cooling system or generating heat by burning fuel from the main tank - I don't think I've seen any purely electric heaters in the UK market at least.

Heating Options - Cali 6.1 Beach

Hi all First post, I have just ordered the new 6.1 Beach which should arrive in March so I am very excited. One area I am still not sure on though is the heating options. I have searched the forum and found some useful information but I am still not sure as what they all mean as the terminology...
