Startline showing to be a Highline

I’m guessing the dash clocks would be the biggest give away, does it have a digital fuel gauge or a dial ? If it has digital like mine it’s a start line I can’t see they would have gone to the grief of changing the clocks over

My Passat B5.5 V6TDI manual was a V6 petrol Auto apparently. These things happen.

Ok when to pick van up today after spending 90mins earlier today contacting the bank to check I can use my debit card to the amount required and was told it to be ok when to do the transaction and guess what it was declined so no new van today but did get some pictures so hopefully this will confirm it is a high line now have to wait until Monday to sort this out so there’s a big empty space on the van where my old t6 sat waiting for the new one

My HIGHLINE that I ordered new from the factory is showing as a trend line on V5 and all online insurance applications. An error either from the dealer registering the van or DVLA. I can’t be bothered chasing it up / changing through DVLA as it would probably take 9 months to sort out! I’ve got all documentation from when I ordered to prove it’s a HIGHLINE when I come to sell

I've always asked the selling dealer to send me a photo of the options sticker of the vehicle before I purchase. I then either decode the options on a website like this or go to my local dealer and ask for a Car Data Print of the VIN quoted on the options sticker. Then I know what I am looking at.

Never trust what the DVLA think it is!

I nearly got caught out with a Crafter last year, on deeper investigation I discovered it didn't have a passenger air bag!

How can you tell it might have big breaks and is this a good upgrade and cost?

Yep, that's a Highline.

Looks like it might have big brakes too.

Steve’s who sold me mine and yes big brakes is a good upgrade but not sure on cost

Become a VIP member and @Pauly will tell you everything it came with from the factory. So nice to know what has been changed and helpful when you come to sell it

Hi I'm in same boat. Ordered Highline t32 4WMotion. Took a year to build. Got V5 and it says T30 Startline. Asked dealer to change it and still waiting 6 weeks so far
