The fact that it's only on a right turn does make it less likely to be a power steering noise.. I'm with Kev. A noise heard speaks a thousand words! I don't get involved with social media and all that stuff but a chuckaway youtube account is worth creating for times like this.
Did you get to the end of this? I’ve just had my suspension done and noticed a “metal on metal” like sound, if I turn right slowly it’s fine no matter how sharp but if it’s a sudden turn right it’ll squeak.
