Spinning bolt lashing point

Hi,
While fitting an ovano xl bed unit I noticed that the Right Hand rear lashing point bolt was spinning and wouldn't come out. Im guessing the rivnut has come loose is spinning. These are M10 bolts. Are these accessible from underneath. There seems to be an exhaust and heat shield in the way.
I look forward to your comments.
 Thanks

This is what one of the front ones looks like underneath. Its just an angle plate with a weld nut on, pop riveted to the chassis..

You just need to expose it….

If you're lucky, you may be able to jam the nut by applying an upward force on the ring.
Using a bar, screwdriver or similar try to lever or pull the ring up so that the bolt is also forced up. If there are broken welds underneath, you may be able to stop the nut from turning when you try to remove the bolt.
