Thread for lashing point

I noticed my Ovano was banging up and down a bit on bumpy rides. Never noticed before.

Checked bolts, rear lashing point, drivers side bolt loose, all others ok.

On inspection looks like the thread has dropped under floor but can't work out how I need to fix (or even get to it).

And my attempt to shine a torch in the dark hole so you can see the problem thread (dropped lower at an odd angle):

Any idea how to fix or an alternative solution?
 
They are visible underneath, but is that rear quarter double-skinned?

Not entirely sure it has soft flooring, then metal floor, then under that is the thread.

By looks of what that post shows it's either bent, or, snapped.

I did try to feel under the van but I think there is some kind of cover in the way. Will take a better look in daylight!
 
I'm wondering if I can just fit a blind rivet in the hole, which I believe will also be a lot stronger than the angled bracket show above?
