Somerset prospective T6 owners

Hello all

We are looking at getting not only our first Transporter, but our first venture into dayvan ownership. We have always camped or hired campervans when holidaying with the kids but now they are older and less inclined to join us.
We have a’68 VW beach buggy which we love travelling to various meets/festivals/shows during the year, but we have to take the family car with us to carry tent etc.
Plan is to find a T6 4motion to replace the family car and use to tow the buggy/run the kids round/possible Ovano set up to use for work occasionally.
Looking forward to surfing and contributing to the forum.

Thanks for the welcome, and yes, it would be remiss of me not to post a few buggy pics. As fun as it is to drive, it would be nice to have the option of towing it in a trailer to certain shows and not be a slave to the weather…
