We had an 80W solar panel fitted by CMC and it failed after two years. Took it over the Travelvolts who confirmed it was knackered. He removed it using a wide scraper. Quite a lot of the paint came off the roof at the same time which is not surprising. Sods Law meant that the replacement 150W panel was portrait vs the old landscape layout so you can see some areas where the paint has come off. However, a small price to pay for a fully functioning solar panel.

We have suffered what appears to be the same failure so when I get home I will be looking through my options Ironically, it is fine in normal British weather but when things heat up it gives up the ghost
