Slight Knock/thud When Reversing On Full Lock

As post says, it doesn’t happen all the time. Possibly happens more when under load ie. on an incline. But it’s happened a few times now so staring to get concerned. Has anyone experienced this? I should point out that I have a 4motion running 235 55 18

Has it been lowered?.

No lowering just slightly bigger tyres

I have heard of a few with the same issue but thats on vans that have been lowered.

There are a few things that can cause such noises , INFO that might help are , How many miles on the clock , age , and any work been done on the car recently . is the suspension standard etc

It sounds like the ARB tie rods could be the cause , if this is the problem the best way to test is drive over a bump with only one side of the van , if one wheel is in compression and the other not this is when the ARB is being stressed and if there is any play in the ball joints it will click .
