Sliding door sensor repair - has anyone used this kit?

Hi Folks,

Whilst away recently our auto-opening / closing door decided to stop working. Basically when closing there was a horrible sound and bits fell down from the upper roller bracket.

Just wanted to know if anyone has used this kit of parts to repair, rather than forking out £150 + the hassle of sliding door strip down to change out the upper roller complete with sensor? If so, was it easy to do - any tips?

No..? Really..? Oh well, maybe I can report back on here in a while after I've investigated. I've just bought one.

@KevTwopines how did you get on? I've just managed to break mine and the door has popped off. Where can i get the parts from? Thanks
