Sliding Door Catching

Hi, I’ve just fitted a new sliding door bottom roller to my T6 transporter. It seems to work fine until you fully open the door and then then one of the two rollers facing up catches a piece of metal bodywork just before the sprung latch at the back ( I hope this makes sense). This causes the door to be stuck open. Previously the door was fine and didn’t stick. The only difference I can see with the parts is the rollers are slightly large but surely the old ones will be worn. Any ideas? Thanks!

I’ve also noticed if I tilt the bracket with the rollers on at slight angle up when it isn’t attached to the door it seems to fix the issue but as soon as I attach it to the door it catches. The door seems to be inline so I don’t think it’s dropped. Thanks for any advice!

I have had the same problem. I found the that the bracket that bolts to the inside of the door with three bolts has slotted bolt holes in it.
Which means if you loosen those three bolts you can raise or lower the bracket assembly. There is approx 3mm of adjustment. Support the door first obviously.
I found lowering the bracket seemed to fix that problem.
Just as a side note, the Just Kampers lower roller I fitted won’t hold the door open as the little hook doesn’t fully engage around the catch. I wonder if anyone has had the same issue.
