Slidedoor panel rubbing

Hi,

We've got a beautiful t6 metallic blackberry shuttle, which is our pride and joy, but has an issue on both slide doors, that the interior panel rubs the rear outside panel, marking the paint, which is very upsetting as it's a shuttle it does not have the normal door panels that you can take off, and looking into it, it seems that you have to take the whole of the inside of the door off to potentially solve the issue.

Is this the only way?! At the moment we are pushing the panel.in everytime we open the doors to minimise the issue, but long term it's not ideal. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I've added some pics, sorry it's not too clear on them.
