SkyLow - Internal Height

Does anybody know if you lose height inside the van by installing a skylow?

A fitter told me it's not great with a Rib, but Skyline themselves are saying there is no height loss.. confused.

I've got a Skylow and the headroom is plenty with my Reimo Variotech bed on rails.
I'd say it feels on par with the van when it was factory. One of the Skyline installers actually said that you gain headroom (not sure how much, if it is anything then minimal)

Had a van with a HiLo for a relatively short time before the van I have now. Couldn't believe how much headroom was lost with that but I guess that's the tradeoff with having such a discreet pop top

For me Skylow is perfect balance of discreet, not obvious vs doesn't cut in too much.

Very happy with it

I have a HiLo roof and in the back of my van I lose 5.5cm in height. Given his experience of both roofs, maybe @Deviant Tubs can use this measurement to guesstimate the loss with the Skylow(?)

I've got 135cm clearance from the floor to the underside of the Skylow.
88cm clearance from the Variotech seat to the underside of the Skylow

Floor is probably slightly higher than factory to accommodate the Bonded Rails for the sliding Seat/Bed
