Single beds using front captains chairs - suitable mattress ideas

Hello our new T6 conversion is going to have two single downstairs beds using the front captains seats to form each bed when turned around , does anyone else have this set up and what sort of type and size of roll up mattresses do you use for them please?

Need to consider how you sleep though, Mrs CAB sleeps on her back so was fine with the 4cm, I'm a side sleeper, and find even the 5cm could do with a bit more.
