Side Step Question

Am currently fitting caravelle floor rails to panel van floor.
Does anyone know correct depth of sidestep I need once floor is in?

Try TPS or search EBay.... example of new Volkswagen Genuine New Vw T5 T6 Transporter Mutivan Caravelle Side Step Light | eBay There are cheaper ones available too... either T6 or 6 fit I believe.

how deep are these supposed to be to cover the depth of a caravelle floor?
would I have to go to vw to get one??

The caravelle steps come with a light. They are the only ones tall enough to my knowledge.
TPS won’t sell to private individuals now.

All Caravelle side steps come with a light.

Slightly connected but I saw a step with a full width light somewhere and cannot find it now - did I imagine it?

When did they stop? I’ve heard this mentioned on many occasions but I’ve never had an issue purchasing from them.

No they aren't brand new, hence the cost. They're around £100 new from VW

If the light hole/cutout is different then they are aftermarket, the ones above are the only genuine ones
