Kombi rubber floor join

Hi guys I'm currently converting it t6.1 panel van into a kombi, I've managed to source a genuine rubber floor that I've installed but the join between the cab floor and the rear floor dosen't seem to look finished,

Is there a join cover in the genuine kombi’s or does anyone have any ideas of how to join these better?

Yes, mine did touch each other so maybe just needs time.

Don’t know if this helps as my cab is carpeted. The carpet tucks under the rubber floor.

Maybe yours came out of a panel van with a factory bulkhead - they come up short. You can make a trim to go in this gap.
