Seamless Spotify ?

I'm moving from Apple Music to Spotify as Vodafone are including it in a retention deal for me and the family.

I've used Apple Music / iTunes for years, and it syncs with the T6 no bother.

Having registered in Spotify and got some music downloaded, it doesn't want to sync the track list. Only way to control is via the App on the phone.

Now it could be due to the fact I still have Apple Music active but just not playing nicely with the T6.

Thinking the way out is delete Apple Music, but before I do that how's everyone else get on?

I found Spotify hateful and went back to Apple music, it just never seemed to do what I wanted it do. But my daughter has Spotify (free from Vodafone like you) and found it's selections right for her and it works fine with her Audi dash, which is surely just the VW one with a poncey screen

I have Spotify courtesy of Vodafone and have been obliviously singing along nicely to my
fav tunes - 70s and 80s!!

Works famously on the factory fitted high line option as bought.
Also my son connected his rubbish via Spotify when he took the van on hols.

Could be the apple conflict.

Thanks, I'll have another look and once I backed up my phone I'll delete the Apple Music / iTunes and see if that works.
