I have issue that i resolved, posting here incase it can help others.
i had ALL lights on the ec50 controller come on at once then all power off- almost like alarm warning and shut down.
I pulled out all fuses on the EC155 controller then put them all in again- issue resolved.
Background on my set up.
I have 2xAgm 100a leisure batteries.
i have disconnected the Ec155 charger fuse as i charge them via a Sterling dc dc charger which accomodates the agm battery type.
This has resolved my issue- my thinking is that the ec155 unit may have been locked on as a fault on the system and above fuse pulling has effectivly reset the fault.
both leisure batteries were at 12.6v
i had previously tried disconnecting the leisure batteries for 1/2 hr- when connected back up still had fault.

Turns out it was a corroded 12v supply wire, must have came alive while i was pulling fuses out and in. So just ignore my previous post above.
