Sargent Intermittent Issue

Hi all

I'm hoping someone has come across this before.
I have a 2017 VW T6 camper with a Sargent EC50 power system and a Victron SmartSolar MPPT.
The MPPT had disappeared from the Victron app, so I removed the seat and found/corrected a wiring issue.

The MPPT is now back online and charging correctly in the Victron app.
However, since then the Sargent EC50 has developed an intermittent fault.

Symptoms:
Powers up normally.
After a short time it beeps twice.
All the LEDs briefly illuminate/red.
The control panel then shuts down.

A couple of points:

The vehicle battery is not connected to the EC50, so pressing V always shows one flashing red LED, which I believe is normal.
The leisure battery (L) works normally.
The fault disappeared for a while after reselecting L, but it's now returned.

The Victron MPPT continues to appear in the app and seems to be charging correctly.
Before I start replacing parts, has anyone seen an EC50 do this?

Could it be:
an intermittent leisure battery connection,
a fuse or poor earth,
the EC50 PSU itself,
or the control panel?

Any suggestions or known faults would be much appreciated.

How old is your leisure battery and what voltage does it hold if not connected to solar for a while?
Have a feeling it could be low voltage protection kicking in but your solar connection masks that problem slightly.

Thanks. Just doing some checks and voltage drops in victron app to 10v when Sargent drops then goes back up to 13.8. Fogstar app voltage stays solid 13.8v. Just put van on 240v and working fine. I did disconnect t the battery cable to the shunt so going to take seat out and check that cable.
