Sargent EC50 problem (leisure battery)

Hi all! Some advice please on a Sergent EC50 problem please.

My leisure battery is fully charged (tested on voltmeter at 13v). I have a solar panel which constantly charges and of course when I plug in to mains.

Problem is, when I select L battery on the EC50, it alarms and flashes red LED by the battery symbol and the bottom LED of the charge indicator. Lights etc don't work when L selected.

So, I have a full battery but it seems the controller is not registering the charge. Have checked fuses at the battery end and on the EC155 unit, all seem to be ok.

Can anyone advise me please?

Many thanks,

what's the voltage of the battery at the terminals?

got a multimeter to test it?

and post a pic of the fuses you tested. . . the Sargent should have a fuse at the battery connection points.

that will effectively reset the EC155 and the EC50 panel . . . .

which may also work if its all got confused.

Resolved.....!! There is a small set of fuses under the driver's seat which I didn't even know was there. After taking half the van apart, we found it.....!!

Thanks for your help!
