Sargent EC160 Power Supply Unit has stopped working - seeking advice

Hi,

We’ve been away for the week in our camper. Everything was working fine until the last night when we first noticed that the fridge had gone off, and then we noticed the water and lights had stopped working. I didn’t look at the power unit at the time, but when we got home the following day I saw that all the lights were off and nothing was working. I’ve checked all the fuses and they all seem to be fine. The batteries have charge. I’m wondering could this be heat related as Sunday was a scorcher, and if so is it likely to be broken wiring, or could it be that the unit has broken.

Had this on a customers twice now and both times it had to go back. If I'm honest the Sargent unit's I find aren't up to much and if it's out the warranty I'd upgrade to something else

So you think from the description it will be dead? Do you have any suggestions for other units? Been reading other threads on here about Sargents and they don’t seem very reliable. I guess this one will be about 2 years old
