Rusty disc bells/centres

I keep my 21 plate really clean but the disc centres just rust like anything and with my 20’s are really noticeable, can anyone suggest anything to paint them in so the look OE and rust free.

I use silver hammerite for the OEM look , works really well on calipers too.
