Reverse camera on T6.1

I have bought a T6.1 but has no the reverse camera installed.... I would like to have one... I have the 8" discover media...
Can someone help me in the cabling... I have seen online some kits but very expensive.

If anyone has done this themselves can you say how easy it is for a basic mechanically adept person (me ...) to do this.. and also I want to fit the power latching kit to the the side door. The idea of cutting into my new van is a bit daunting.. but I'm sure it'll end up like swiss cheese by the time the furniture and bed etc is in...

I prefer OEM I think, but open to ideas

Or if someone can recommend a UK based company that you have experience of that can do both (and even fit a ghost alarm possibly.. not sure if a ghost is necessary with the 6.1 as it has a thatcham immobilser already?)

On the plus side.. I have a decent set of trim tools, soldering irons (and practice in using them ) and a brother with VCDS

Boxer750, the hardest part is routing the cables. And taking off the trim round the dash, I have a 6.1 and done it myself with the carsytemeu kit.

Really straight forward.

I retrofitted an OEM Highline one, they're not cheap. VCDS is needed. Some more info here;
