Replacement Oil Filler Cap

I was topping up the oil and dropped the oil filler cap down into the engine bay somewhere behind the radiator fan. I can't see it and reckon it's sitting on the tray underneath the engine. It hasn't fallen out to the ground. I'll need to get a replacement. My question is, in the meantime, can I run the van with the oil filler cap off? Are there any 3rd party options, Halfords etc?

Any advice appreciated.

Not a great idea to run without it, you'll get a load splatter everywhere especially if you work it hard. Might cause it to run a bit off too.

No, if you run without it the engine will end up covered in oil spray around the filler. Left mine off once by accident. Right mess.

Just take the undertray off. It's just a few small bolts.
