I have a Renogy 100ah lithium battery model RBT100LFP12-BT-UK.
Noticed battery was flat recently as had cut out however on closer inspection was low voltage on one of the four cells. When taken on a long drive it will eventually rebalance and appear fully charged however when left overnight it goes out of balance again. Screenshots below, one with engine on and the other off. Showing 2.2v on the cell in question below but think it was 0.3v when I first noticed.

I messaged Renogy last week and received this message from them this morning:
Dear Customer,
Thank you so much for your patience while we thoroughly reviewed your battery’s condition.
After careful evaluation by our technical team, we’ve determined that your battery is suffering from severe cell imbalance, which significantly impacts performance and safety. Unfortunately, this condition cannot be reliably restored through balancing or recalibration.
As your battery is outside the warranty period, we recommend replacing it with a new unit to ensure optimal system reliability and longevity
So that's a new battery then. Very disappointed as was expecting the battery to last up to 10 years and it is only 3 years old. Looking at the warranty it appears to only be 3 years which I am a couple of days beyond however it is not full replacement only a partial value based on number of months of the warranty period left, but they have offered a 6% discount on my next order! Suffice to say I shall not be replacing with another Renogy battery.
Has anyone else had this issue and is there anything else to try before I bite the bullet and replace?
In terms of new batteries been looking at the Fogstar Drift 105ah which seems good with the self heating feature and 10 year warranty: Fogstar Drift 12V 105Ah Lithium Leisure Battery
The EcoWorthy 100ah also looks very good value without self heating: 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery with Bluetooth | Deep Cycle & 10-Year Life
Any other recommendations?
