Rear view camera and parking sensors no longer working

After receiving my converted 2017 T6 Highline Panel Van back from the Converters, the rear view camera and parking sensors no longer work, with no info appearing on the radio display. (It’s just the standard VW radio unit). When I engage reverse I just get one long beep – and that’s it. Seems too much of a coincidence that it’s stopped working following the conversion so I have to assume something untoward has happened there. If a screw shorted out the parking sensor feed, for instance, might that cause the BCM to disable both the parking sensors and the camera? Should VCDS give me any insights into what’s wrong?
Would welcome any clues as to the cause of the problem. Thanks.

VCDS should tell you if theres any errors logged

Thanks Pauly. I was up at Absolut5 today getting my sound system improved, and they ran a VCDS check for me which showed there was a fault with the nearest of the Nearside rear sensors. They also said a fault with one sensor would probably stop the whole system working, so that sounds like what's happening. So am homed in on one sensor cable now to check out which is helpful.
