Rear parking sensors problem.

I'm new to the VW Transporter T6. I am slowly getting through the list of jobs that need done on my van. The one issue I am stuck on is that the rear parking sensors do not work. When you put the van into reverse the speaker sounds for a few seconds then nothing, no display from the screen on the dash, all other functions work correctly, as far as I can see ( the unit has 8 buttons and 2 control knobs). I have checked and there is 6.2v being delivered to each sensor. I have tried listening for a clicking sound but can't hear anything. Is there a way to test each sensor with a meter? Where else should I be looking? What should the return voltage from the sensor be? Could someone point me in the direction of a good wiring diagram for this?

Thank you for any information given.

Had the same problem with the front sensors on my T6. Took some practice to be able to hear them. Place something solid metal, like a knife, gently on the surface and hold lightly. You should feel and hear the vibrations. None of my front sensors were working. Turned out there was water ingress in a multi plug junction which had corroded the terminals. Apparently a common problem.
