Propex heater not firing

Hi. I have an underslung propex heater with digital control panel. Haven't used it for a while. Now on a cliff in the van and could do with it! There is no red led light coming on so no warning light. Any ideas? I've got plenty of gas and gas rings are working fine. Thanks

Have you checked the fuse?

It turns on at the control panel. Could it be a fuse if that's on?

If you are getting a (green?) light on the controller, but no red light, it may be a blown fuse on the heater circuit board (possibly not easily changed) Try contacting Propex Propex Heatsource Support - Installation, Instructions, help, fitting

Provided the desired temperature exceeds the current temperature, and that you’ve got the fuel display switched on, then it should fire up.
If you’ve not got yours, do you want me to send you photos of the user guide? That might have something in there that you’ve missed?
