Power-Closing Sliding Door bouncing

Hello All, Tried to see if this had been resolved elsewhere.

Sliding door is bouncing back and not shutting. If we try 3-4 times it finally does and sometimes with an extra push.
- Also, when hitting "unlock" on key fob, cannot hear any movement in the sliding door, not sure if it normally does.
- Does not look out of alignment, had a look at that.
- We will take in next week to have fixed, but wanted to try to resolve if we can on our own first before spending £££.

Has the door got extra trim on or seals

Had similar sporadic bounce backs on closing and opening. Sometimes wouldn’t open on the handle, dash button or key fob. Pulled fuse which is under passenger seat for a while. Seems to be mostly ok more times than not now. If the van is tilted towards that door, then I still need to assist a close. That happens on both doors if the van is tilted in that doors side.
