Hi all - Found a 2019 trendline with extras 96,000 miles for 18k. Only evidence of services are 2022 and 2024. No receipt for belt/water pump changes either. Is this major no goer? Any advice appreciated

I wouldn't be concerned about the cam belt, that can be dealt with and actually is within VW current guidelines, I'd be more worried that from initial purchase it didn't get serviced for three years and has potentially had only two services over 96K miles.
Of course it's possible that it was serviced regularly but if there's no evidence of it then I'd assume the worst.
It's not a gamble I'd take.
