Pn For Vw Original Steel 17"?

I'm not in UK so can't bang on any suitable load rated wheel so for my winter set I'm looking at original steels as avoids any additional paperwork issues.

I need the 17" as I have the biturbo multivan (caravelle in uk?) with big discs.

Can someone tell me which van versions 7E0601027B is listed for?

Google search didn't come with any thing useful.
