P2463 won’t clear after DPF, SCR clean

I am pulling my hair out with orange warning lights on my T6 Caravelle 204 BHP.

Replaced the bi-turbo 6 months ago.
Had new Nox sensor.
P2463 has recently come up.
DPF and SCR have both been taken off and put through the reverse flush machine to clean them. (They were not that dirty either).
The van won’t allow a forced regen nor will it clear the P2463

I feel I have down everything to sort out the exhaust emissions stuff. It’s basically all clear and clean a yet the lights still are on.
I have a basic OBD and the exhaust temps are consistently hotter to cooler on the sensors 1to 4 which I think suggests there are not blockages.
The OBD cannot cancel / clear the P2463 nor can my local mechanic's machine.
Please can someone advise next course of action.

A proper diagnostic tool is needed (VCDS, OBDeleven, VCP, ODIS, etc.)
For VCDS > Select Control Module > 01-Engine > Adaptation > Select: IDE07903-Adaptation of ash mass > Enter new value (e.g. 0 grams) > Save

Thanks for your help. My local mechanic has adapted the soot value (which was recorded as 0.74g) to 0.01g, and then the code delete. For the first time in a long time I have a van without an orange warning light!
