One of the biggest awnings on the market. Big enough to sleep 2 teenagers on double air beds and still have enough space for a table and 4 camping chairs inside plus all the shoes, coats, camping gear etc. Plus it has a large porch area big enough to leave gear outside and it remain out of the rain.
I will be honest and say I was not blown away with the quality of the awning (see below photos) but it more than makes up for this in useable space and pack size.

The zip has gone on the bag (strap does the job nicely)
Pull in the front guy line flap, only slight and no sign it will worsen
A few of the rings used to peg down and secure the poles misshapen. Still functional and easily replaced with keyring loop or similar.
This is a great family awning for summers with the family in the UK (actually the same size as our old 8 man tent we had pre van!). Can inner tent can be removed to make a massive party tent or garage for the van
