Oil Filled Radiator

Hi all
Were looking for an oil filled radiator to keep us warm in our camper during the winter months. Im totally unsure of what size/kw power to get though. Can anyone offer any advice please.

7 Fin Oil Filled Radiator 700W | Dunelm

Currently using one of these from Dunelm. I've seen similar sized heaters in Aldi's. Compact, 700 watts and gets remarkably hot for what it is. Albeit it's only been used with a mains hook up. Don't think you'd get long running it with a battery and inverter though.

We have something very similar, but with a different badge on it. Works fine on mains hookup.
