Oil Central Heating Engineer Needed. Mid Wales Area

Evening folks.
Does anyone know/can recommend an oil heating engineer near Bala/Barmouth area? Would like to get central heating fitted during the summer into our cottage.

Basically we want central heating installing. We have been told there are certain regulations regarding where the oil tank is sited due to being close to a river etc etc.
All seems basic enough though but just dread trawling through the "yellow pages" sifting through the unknown.
Yellow Pages........There's a blast from the past.
