Through the web site but rang the number. Really fab service too. The assist stays with the van if you sell it privately or money back if PX.
I used them a few time during the 1st 3 years and they’re spot on.
Adrian Flux were £95 for a year....

Does VW assist cover you abroad?

I’ve got CBC Breakdown cover, Level 3 (of 4), UK and European, from memory there is no limit on the length of European trip.
I’ve never needed to use the cover so I can’t say how well it works.
Collinson Breakdown underwritten by Eversure. I always read the small print and I didn’t see anything that concerned me.
