So - returned to van after day out in the country. Cranked over but no start. Called Roadside Assist who sent AA. Diagnosis faulty fuel pressure sensor showing zero pressure. AA guy remarked how quickly it was cranking. Van recovered to a VW van centre.
Long story short, the AA guy cleared the fault codes. It’s now at VW with no fault codes but still won’t start. They are trying to get the scan report from VW assist/AA.
Anyone else had something similar? I would have thought it should generate new codes.

So the vans with VW now?

Did you get the no start on a video clip on your phone?

Yes the vans with VW. They’ve had it 11 days. Only started looking at it yesterday due to the high number of ‘recoveries’ they’ve had in and the need to see them in order (6 a day apparently). No I didn’t get a video @Dellmassive but at least it’s under warranty.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was the high pressure fuel pump at fault.
