As per title, no more over night stays in NT car park in the Langdales, was getting abused in many ways, according to Warden, staying for multiple days, litter, fires, none payment, oversize motorhomes ,etc etc

The National Trust don’t like risk in any form. A mate of mine left them after many years as a manager to do the same role for a private estate.

Not a fan of the NT, they are no better (IMHO) than the aristocrats that donated their property to avoid inheritance tax in the first place. We’ve had a couple of run ins with their bolshy “wardens”.

Locally in Shropshire do we have any NT sites that allow overnight parking?
