Newbie questions

So much a newbie that I haven't even picked up the van yet. It's done 21000, 3 years old and warranty about to expire.
So...would you advise extending warranty or not worth it?
Also, local good garage for servicing using VW parts/ use VW garage
Also, it's got external LPG. Has anyone had experience of this and any thoughts?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

To answer your first question it depends on cost for the extension, if it seems good value then could be worth it, if not then you might be better off just saving a few quid each month into a van maintenance fund.

If you extend the warranty do you have to use VW to keep the warranty valid? If not and if you have a local garage that you trust then I would recommend using them. More often than not they are significantly cheaper.
