Need a VCDS guru!!

I need to buy a replacement AdBlue Tank for my 2018 Q5, annoyingly they are the best part of 2000 quid which is insane. I've found one which is 24L instead of the 12L I have.

Physically they are the same size, it must be something done differently internally. But I can't see anywhere on OBD11 where you code the car to tell it of the increase.

Any ideas??

Tried all of these, but none of the adaptations work - SCR Reset, Testing.etc. I have a negative pressure reading of -135hpa, so next step is to change the pressure sensor and hope that resets it. Audi just want to replace the entire tank at a cost of 2000 EUR + Labour, and i have already sent 600 EUR fault finding. Audi themselves couldnt clear the fault either, but then they hadn't changed the pressure sensor.... They also can't tell me if a 24L tank would work
