MOT Issues raised

Advisories are usually meant to be attended too. As you are happy with your garages get then to do the work. Why did you say you did not know what to do?
Because i was wondering if after 2 MOT's bringing up the same issues that now was the time to get it sorted after a couple years?

Depends what it is.
For 6 years on a previous car I got the same advisory every year, "under tray prevents proper view of underside".

I would assume that as a comment of fact, removing any responsibility from them . It is not a recommendation for work.

I would be surprised not to be failed if I returned or attended an MOT and did not rectify or improve what had been pointed out. Perhaps the MOT regulation aught to be tightened or amended to either abandon advisories or to proscribe them as do or fail pointless otherwise, what is the point of them.

I have booked the car in to get those 4 issues fixed next week. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

Thanks all....
