Mib2 upgrade

Hi guys,
thinking about upgrading my media unit in t6. now I have an rcd360 from China and I like discover media but they are ridiculously expensive. Maybe it's stupid, but is it possible to use mib2.5 from Passat or Golf 7? I'm not even talking about mechanical assembly, it's clear to me that it's not the same. But is it possible to run mib2.5 electronically without protecting component in t6? year 2016 euro6? Thank you

Technically speaking it is possible to run MQB MIB on a PQ platform (T6 included) but it is a very expensive exercise as additional CAN-BUS converting quipment is required.
Overall cost works out much more than the cost of PQ Discover Media.

I'm stupid, I forgot that t6 is a pq platform .But it would be nice to have an all-glass display there
