Found Mfsw Buttons/wheel

I am looking for a button set up like the one in the photo, or a steering wheel. It/they must be off a T6, I have been told.

That looks like mine. I had been thinking of a flat bottomed wheel so if a deal can be done and all that.
 
I only need the buttons really as l already have a wheel, just the wrong buttons. I don't need a flappy paddle wheel, but l will keep my options open.

which part numbers do you need I've got lots laying about as I swapped my van for flat bottomed one, put flappy paddle onto Golf and put flat bottomed flappy paddle into amarok but I've drunk wine since then so cant remember which I needed for which, I think Polo and T6/Amarok are same and Golf is different

I don't know I'm afraid, l have been told l need a set as per picture, but they must be from a T6. But you never know, l would take any advice and look into it! Can you give any?
