MFD Stuck in phone mode

Was flicking through MFD options today (just on stalk,no mfsw)to see what options were there,held down bottom button to access etc,went through one by one,got to phone,now I can’t exit phone or access any options anymore,any ideas people?

In phone scroll down to bottom and press on on back it will be at the bottom of the numbers list

I have tried that the back button takes it to the top of the phone list of calls
