Metallic rubbing/ chirping/ high pitched squeal front wheel area

My van is same year and almost exactly the same mileage as yours it developed a binding caliper.
After 10 years I’d say the calipers are due a complete rebuild with new pistons, seals and gaiters. Not necessarily the cause of the noise in your case but it maybe.
There’s a lot of de-scaling and cleaning to do, any garage that bangs all 4 calipers, pads and discs out in a couple of hours may or may not be very thorough.

Interesting…did it make noises similar to this? Perhaps it is all pointing towards some kind of brake issue
The brake was binding, very hot and obvious when jacked up. I can’t hear the noise on your video, just pointing out that if the brakes haven’t been fully serviced in 10 years regardless of pad and disc wear there maybe issues with the calipers. Brakes won’t stay reliable with just pad and disc renewals alone.

It deffo sounds brake related. If you can jack it up and rock the wheel back and forth then stomp on the brake hard. Now see how it moves. If it sticking, you will feel it.

Try having a look through the wheel at the corrosion on the disc edges. Compare the colour of it to the others and see if any are noticeably a brighter orange. If so, it's a sign of overheating due to binding

Brill, thanks for the advice, I’ll give it a go and see what’s what. Be able to investigate for bits of debris or rust while I’m there too. Much appreciated 👍🏼

Yep, I suspect they are at a point where there need some TLC and/ or replacement so will look into that I think.
