Metal Cutting/Grinding Discs

I would have serious concerns about the safety of the tools from the brands above.
Once my wife came home with a small angular grinder from them.
10 Euro stuff. I tried it just for fun in a light job with a wire brush tool. In haf an hour the tool shaft came apart almost completely from the angle gear.
Ok I got my 10 Euro back immediately, Lidl is great. But I do not want to think about having had a cutting disk on it.

Cheap electric tools for home hobby use is ok, the limit being a drill. Maybe. But angle grinders and electric saws?
No way.
I second this - I bought a Lidl grinder and stuck it in the workshop. Several months later I used it for the first time - all the bearings seized solid and all the plastic retaining them melted! Needless to say I will not buy their power stuff again.
