Lwb And Swb Original Springs The Same?

Hi all,

Are LWB and SWB original springs the same?.... well, that kinda sums up my question
I have a T28 LWB and am about to collect some T30 SWB springs, just need the rears to sort out my sagging rear (post camper conversion). So are they a valid swap? (I know it's best to fit new mounting cups during the install process)
