I carnt as the t5.1 bcm only powers the heater box? As my t5 is the older 2006 model. So not sure which bcm pin I’d need to make the heater dail control illumation light up

T5,T5.1,T6

They all have back light dash feed for the back light.

You just need to find which one it is....

Have you got the brightness adjuster wheel down below the steering wheel?.... You might get a feed from that?

You’re missing what I’m explaining ?? The t5 van users old style bcm for lights/ back lights , but the heater box and heater control run off a separate bcm module? As there’s no grey blue from the heater pannel it must be powered threw the later bcm canbus possible grey blue , but do you know which bcm conector / and PIN number?

so >2016 T5 van with a T5 BCM,

with a T6 heater control unit retrofitted in it?

ok does any of the dash back lighting light up?

hazard switch, radio buttons, light switch, dimmer/level, clocks?
