Honestly the guy who runs it is like a child, he threatens to send you a letter from a solicitor as you have signed terms and conditions, his sister and her husband Ben are barristers in London and when you dig deeper it’s the same Ben Heaviside that has left 5* google reviews for them. Google won’t remove fake reviews though it seems.
The whole family left themselves 5* reviews on trust pilot but luckily trust pilot removed them after a number of complaints from customers who have had problems with them.
The main thing is get an AA report done it might cost you a few hundred quid but you will get a genuine report on the vehicle and you’ll then know whether it’s worth putting a deposit down on it.
Even if you cc the deposit they will fight it if you have signed the terms and conditions which they are really strict on and try to rush you to just sign.
