Frustration over the part number of a rear rubber floor for a 2021 LWB Panel Van.

I seem to be going round in circles trying to find out the correct part number for a rear rubber floor for my 2021 LWB Panel Van with single sliding door and rear barn doors. I've spoken to 3 or 4 dealerships and none can be 100% sure of the part number because the floor wasn't originally specified in my specific van.

Does anyone own a circa 2020/21 LWB Panel Van (with single side door and barn doors), which was originally fitted with the rear rubber floor?
